It is composed of 20% Chardonnay and 80% Pinot Noir.

• Chardonnay brings finesse and complementary aromas.
• The majority of Pinot Noir gives roundness and complexity.

Resulting from a meticulous selection, these wines are only heads of cuvée. A subtle ageing in barrels brings a roundness and vanilla aromas.  This exceptional Champagne is kept for 8 years in our cellars.
